"It's really, really complicated." Sirius didn't even know where to start. But he noticed the boy shivering and he didn't hesitate. He had to be careful about it, keeping the handle steady with his foot at one point, so he could always keep one arm around Harry and get out of his jacket. But in the end, he could put the jacket on Harry, even if it was too big on him. Still, he zipped it up for him and then leaned down, hugging him close and, after a moment's hesitation, kissing his cheek.
